Today has the potential to be a wild day on the roads. Take your time, clean off the top of your car, leave the cell phone alone. Also, while we are at it here are a few more things I want you to know.
If you are drinking make sure you call someone for a ride.
Make sure you invest in yourself first.
If there is time to lean there is time to clean.
Turn off your lights when you leave a room.
Replace the toilet paper.
Hang up your towel.
Make sure to clean up after the dog.
Clean your plate before putting it in the dishwasher.
Bring the garbage cans down to the road on garbage day, and up from the road after the garbage has been picked up.
Buy life insurance, it’s important if you have responsibilities.
Work hard, and smart, both things are important.
Believe in yourself.
If you have young drivers, a pool, dog, trampoline, business, or something to lose you need an Umbrella policy.
Take care of yourself.
If you can take care of others do so.
Be generous with your time and money but not to the detriment of your mental health.
Look a person in the eyes when you are speaking with them.
Tell the ones you love, you love them.
Seek first to understand.
Don’t argue with an idiot.
Give a firm handshake.
Even when you are the expert there is always something you can learn, even if it is how to teach better.
There is no time like the present to get started.
Tie your shoes.
Relaxing and resting is doing something.
Be kind.
Don’t forget your clothes are at the dry cleaner.
Take care of each other.
Make a list.
Drink water first thing in the morning then coffee.
Soda is empty calories.
Don’t join in on the race to the bottom.
Stretch.
Everything in moderation including moderation.
Pay off your highest interest rates first, then apply that money to the next highest interest rate.
Money, credit, and time are tools to be used wisely. Not things to be afraid of.
Don’t be afraid to hire an expert. You can’t do it all on your own.
Read about it, or watch an expert youtube video. The answer is out there.
Lift weights, and get out of breath. Sitting is terrible for us.
Don’t be afraid to try new things.
Pay attention to the wear indicators on your tires.
Wear your seat belt even in the back seat. It is not more uncomfortable than a trip through the windshield.
Dogs and people need boundaries.
Lift with your legs not your back.
Double check your math.
Lower the TV.
Turn up the music.
If you’re at a dance and a a woman asks you to dance, dance.
No is a complete sentence, and you don’t need to be convinced otherwise.
Remember, even when I am not with you, I loved you every minute of my day.
